BASIC “BIG TARP” FLEA MARKET RULES:
1. on sat & sun once you have off loaded, please park in the rear of the building – THANKS!
2. to renew your spot for next weekend you must come see bob at the front desk before 3:00 pm on Sunday or we will assume your spot is available – please come see us 1st!!!
3. all rent must be paid a week in advance!
4. please do not leave your garb age or boxes behind – we have limited dumpster space and need your help – thanks!
5. if you are using electricity please be sure to unplug whatever is plugged in before you leave – if not, you will no longer have the use of outlet$ - this rule strictly enforced!
6. you must rent for at least 2 weeks in a row to receive any “renters benefits” at the Auction – no exceptions!!!
IMPORTANT NOTES!!!!!! please make sure if your planning on being a long term vendor (more than 3x a year) you have your traders license and if you plan on selling outside more than 3x a year at the TARP please have your Hawker / Peddler too- we're not the experts in this field so PLEASE contact Harford County, or the state to find out the details - its up to you to make sure you have what you need to do business at the TARP - a traders license is under $20, and takes 15 minutes to get, so if you need one...get one... : ) also if your planning on selling ANY food, please contact the Harford County Health Dept. to make sure you have the appropriate permits etc.
SOME “YES” and “NO”s
